BACKGROUND: 30 years of experience as an award winning business development consultant and advisor. He is responsible for a multitude of successful projects involving leadership and employee development, project management consulting, and information technology solutions. He began his career as a work flow systems analyst at a Fortune 500 company. His career migrated into project and product management at a retail automation company. Over time, this evolved into marketing management with a computer manufacturer. Subsequently, Allan focused on business development and account management as a partner in a training company and then later as a managing director for a leadership development consulting firm providing coaching and training to Fortune 500 firms.

INDUSTRY BACKGROUND: Allan has worked with a wide variety of different size businesses from closely held companies to Fortune 500 sized firms. He has worked with a wide variety of companies in computer services, distribution, financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, professional services, telecommunications, retail, and utilities.
